REQUIREMENTS * Resident of the Querétaro Metropolitan Area. * Completed professional degree. * Basic-to-intermediate level of English. * Competencies: Proactivity, proactive attitude, sense of responsibility and urgency, ability to work under pressure, timely communication, accountability (validation of generated information), effective resource management to execute a work plan. * Mobility to the Querétaro Aerospace Park. * Immediate availability. EDUCATION * Industrial engineering, mechanical-metallic engineering, safety engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of methodologies for identifying and analyzing risks. * Familiarity with Mexican regulations on occupational health and safety, and environmental protection. EXPERIENCE * Recent graduate or DESIRABLE minimum of 1 year in industry (automotive, aerospace, and mechanical-metallic sectors preferred). * Hazard identification, risk analysis, safety audits, and compliance with legal requirements regarding industrial safety and environmental protection; site walkthroughs to identify unsafe conditions; awareness talks and inductions (on safety and environment); document management (filing and document control). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Safety walkthroughs and floor-level follow-up: inspection of fire extinguishers and eyewash stations, among other activities related to maintaining floor-level safety processes. * Review and updating of bulletin boards. * Attendance at bulletin board review meetings and implementation of corrective actions derived from floor-level incidents. * Submission of EHS activity reports to management. * Support in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management. * Support in materials and equipment management. * Follow-up on procedures related to safety and environmental affairs. * Delivery of training on client internal procedures (safety and environment). * Provision of support during incidents requiring first aid, and hazard identification and risk analysis per process or machinery. * Monitoring of implemented operational controls. * Management of documents related to the safety department. * Other tasks assigned by the company. POSITION DETAILS * Statutory benefits. * Working schedule: Monday through Friday. * Competency-based development program.
