




Job Summary: Ensure the safety of users and staff in aquatic areas by preventing accidents and responding to emergencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous surveillance and application of aquatic rescue techniques 2. Performing CPR and first aid 3. Maintaining a safe and orderly environment The purpose of this position is to provide continuous surveillance at the swimming pools and aquatic areas of the sports center, implementing preventive measures to avoid accidents, responding immediately to emergencies, and administering first aid when necessary, thereby ensuring the safety of all users—both external and staff. Main duties include: 1. Continuously monitor swimming pools to identify risky behaviors, accidents, or emergencies. 2. Apply aquatic rescue techniques quickly and effectively in dangerous situations. 3. Perform CPR and first aid when required. 4. Supervise users to ensure compliance with aquatic area regulations. 5. Maintain active presence at the assigned post and participate in rotations as directed by the Lifeguard Supervisor. 6. Conduct daily inspections of rescue equipment and report any damage or need for replacement. 7. Support accident prevention through clear and timely communication with users and staff. 8. Document incidents and accidents. 9. Attend and participate in training sessions, drills, and simulations. 10. Assist with logistics for events, classes, and special activities to ensure safety. 11. Report any anomalies detected in the aquatic area to the Lifeguard Supervisor. 12. Maintain a safe and orderly environment within the assigned surveillance zone. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience
