




**Position Purpose** To plan, coordinate, and control the operation, maintenance, and management of the vehicle fleet to ensure its availability, safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal and external regulations. **3\. Functions and Responsibilities Fleet Administration** * Maintain an updated inventory of all vehicles (status, mileage, assignment, policies, documents, etc.). * Control fleet additions, removals, and transfers. **Maintenance and Operation** * Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance. * Verify mechanical and safety conditions of vehicles prior to use. * Supervise external workshops and automotive service providers. **Documentary and Regulatory Management** * Manage licenses, registration cards, inspections, permits, plates, insurance, and other required documentation. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal operating policies. **Fuel and Performance Control** * Administer fuel vouchers, cards, or fuel control systems. * Monitor consumption and detect anomalies or deviations. **Safety and Incidents** * Implement vehicle safety measures and driver safety protocols. * Manage reporting and follow-up of accidents, incidents, and insurance claims. **Indicators and Reports** * Generate periodic reports on fleet usage, costs, maintenance, consumption, and availability. * Propose improvements to reduce costs and optimize operations. **4\. Technical Competencies** * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics. * Experience with fleet management systems / GPS / telematics. * Proficiency in Excel or other analytical tools. * Knowledge of traffic regulations and vehicle standards. * Vendor and service contract management. **5\. Job Requirements** * **Education:** Technical high school diploma, automotive technician, or related field (Engineering, Logistics, Administration). * **Experience:** 2–4 years in fleet management or vehicle maintenance. * **Licenses:** Valid driver's license. * **Other:** Availability to perform site visits or external supervision. **7\. Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Compliance with preventive maintenance schedule. * Reduction of downtime due to failures. * Control and efficiency of fuel consumption. * Fleet availability (operational percentage). * Timeliness and quality of reports.
