Responsibilities: \-Contact relevant customers via telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, etc., inform them of correct payment methods, and urge timely payment. \-Answer customer inquiries regarding payments and maintain good customer relationships. \-Collaborate with the team to complete other collection-related tasks. \-Accurately record collection outcomes and schedule the next follow-up date. \-Verify customer contact information, obtain and update relevant details. \-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly telephone collection targets. \-Basic computer skills. Requirements: \-Completed high school or undergraduate studies (in progress or completed) \-Minimum 3 months’ experience in collections or customer service. \-Basic computer skills. \-Strong communication and negotiation skills. \-Solid logical thinking and mental agility.
