




**Campaign Design:** Plan using demographic segmentation tactics to connect with consumers on the right channels, at the ideal time, and with impactful materials. Set clear objectives and define metrics to measure results. **Content Creation and Management:** Generate content for blogs, marketing emails, or social media that informs, promotes, or communicates our products. Capture photos or videos, and coordinate with external vendors as needed. All content must align with brand identity and the objectives of each campaign. **Data Analysis:** Evaluate information to better understand the market, identify the most profitable consumers and their habits. Measure campaign performance (engagement, conversion, etc.) and detect patterns that enable optimization of future strategies. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Advertising, Business, or related field. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (proficiency test required). * Basic knowledge of social media, digital marketing, or email marketing. * Basic proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar (preferred). * Familiarity with AI tools (preferred). * Strong writing skills, spelling accuracy, and creative ability. Interest in digital trends, social media, and consumer behavior. * Proactivity, organization, and strong eagerness to learn. * Portfolio or samples of content (preferred).
