




**DESIRED PROFILE:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or Administration. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year recruiting for mining projects * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and implement general recruitment strategies * Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications * Conduct job and task analyses to document job requirements and objectives * Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant job boards, etc. * Search and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc. * Screen candidate resumes and job applications * Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection methods or tools to filter candidates within the scheduled timeframe * Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, interpersonal abilities, experience, and relevant competencies * Administer Psychometric Tests * Onboard new employees to ensure full integration * Monitor and apply best practices in HR recruitment * Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the rest of the team * Act as a point of contact and build relationships with key candidates throughout the selection process * Create and implement policies that improve and promote continuous improvement of the work environment * Organize company events and activities Job type: Full-time Salary: $8,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Human Resources: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site job
