




Purpose To coordinate the proper planning and construction of the assigned project, ensuring that project deliverables are met on time, with the agreed quality and costs, using the Axioma project management methodology. Responsibilities Efficiently use available technological tools: CAPI, Construction Online, Procore, Primavera Base, Teams. Document client processes and decisions through emails, letters, and meeting minutes signed by the client. Provide information for compiling weekly status updates and monthly reports, including progress indicators per contractor, photographic reports, work progress versus schedule, and strategies to solve identified issues. Review, generate value-added information, and actively participate with the project manager in launching bids within their specialty, reviewing information, performing comparisons, and researching participating companies. Punctually attend client meetings and respect assigned schedules. Identify and leverage client needs to offer additional services. Establish long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business. Maintain a close and cordial relationship with the client and/or sponsor. Identify and contribute elements that add value for the client. Prepare high-quality progress reports for the client (weekly and monthly status). Record, document, and follow up on client agreements and requests during meetings. Achieve and document measurable value engineering outcomes. Review in detail the construction processes required by each specialty in the project, making value proposals that achieve optimization and/or cost savings. Identify yellow, orange, and red flags regarding the information managed, such as lack of information for schedule integration, errors in reviews, insufficient supplier capacity based on company or site visits, and lack of material supply on site. Daily use of methodologies, templates, and actions based on the Axioma project management approach. Ensure work quality through daily oversight, enforcement with contractors, and measurement of construction processes, requiring each contractor to generate a weekly report to be submitted to the project manager. Demonstrate flexibility to attend meetings and/or projects both within and outside their city when requested. Ensure the daily construction process meets the quality standards established in the Project Plan, specifications, and technical sheets. Seek continuous self-training (at least one course or certification per quarter). Hold certification in the Axioma Methodology.
