




**1. Position Objective:** Support and carry out assigned administrative activities related to the training, communication, and organizational development processes of the Human Resources unit, in order to comply with internal and external standards and corporate requirements of Grupo PiSA. **2. Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, review, and safeguard training evidence in accordance with documentation best practices. * Monitor job qualification call announcements to ensure timely scheduling—avoiding delays beyond the established timeframe (no more than 3 months); administer SAP assessments, upload completed assessments, and notify employees and their supervisors of obtained scores. * Publish corporate and internal communications for locations through various media, including communication bulletin boards, digital screens, acrylic displays, flip charts, acrylic displays in the cafeteria, among others; ensure removal of such communications according to their specified validity period. * Support assigned activities for communication events, such as: meeting recaps, service anniversary recognitions, trivia contests, distribution of souvenirs, among others. **3. Educational Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. **4.
