We are looking for a **Data Specialist / Business Intelligence (BI)** to lead data integration, analysis, and visualization. **Main Responsibilities** * Integrate and structure information from **costs, budgets, and sales departments**. * Develop and maintain **data models** in Power BI / Power Query / Dataverse. * Automate data flows and reports (Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel, etc.). * Implement **ETL processes** (extract, transform, load) to ensure data consistency and traceability. * Collaborate with the Costs team to connect the budgeting system with the data ecosystem. * Prepare datasets and schemas for integration with corporate **artificial intelligence tools** (OpenAI / Azure AI). **Skills and Knowledge** * Proficiency in **Power BI** (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, relationships, measures). * Experience with **advanced Excel**, **Power Automate**, and cloud-based data management (SharePoint, OneDrive, or SQL). * Knowledge of **ETL**, relational structures, and data cleaning. * Analytical ability to transform fragmented data into useful, visual insights. * Desired: basic knowledge of **construction processes, unit costs, or project budgeting**. * Intermediate English level (technical reading and documentation).
