**Job Description** We are looking for a highly analytical, results-oriented **Systems Engineer** with strong technical knowledge. The person will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of technological platforms, managing databases, developing solutions, and supporting system integration, including SAP. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer, monitor, and optimize databases. * Develop and maintain internal programs, scripts, or applications. * Provide technical support to users and involved departments. * Manage parameters, roles, and basic configurations in **SAP** environments. * Integrate internal systems with SAP and other corporate applications. * Manage and resolve technical and operational conflicts between internal departments. * Ensure compliance with best practices in information security. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Proven experience. * Solid knowledge of **databases** (modeling, queries, maintenance). * Experience with **SAP**. * Knowledge of **programming** languages. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to **manage conflicts**, communicate effectively, and work in a team. **Desired Competencies** * Critical and analytical thinking. * Ability to work under pressure. *Salary based on knowledge.* Job type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Starting at $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Workplace: On-site position
