**Position Purpose:** Supervise and coordinate the operational activities of the construction materials yard, ensuring proper receipt, storage, order fulfillment, and delivery of products with a focus on safety, organization, efficiency, and customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the loading and unloading of construction materials. * Ensure correct storage and arrangement of products according to type, weight, and frequency of use. * Coordinate order fulfillment for counter and delivery customers. * Verify that deliveries leave complete, on time, and with necessary documentation. * Control the yard's physical inventory and report discrepancies. * Maintain the yard clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers. * Coordinate with sales and warehouse departments to meet operational demands. * Supervise the proper use of forklifts, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Train and supervise assigned personnel. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. **Job Requirements:** **1\. Education:** Completed high school diploma. Courses in logistics, warehouse management, industrial safety, or similar (desirable). 2\. **Work Experience:** Minimum 2 years in construction materials yards or warehouses. Experience leading operational staff. Experience at Construrama or similar stores is desirable. 3\. **Technical Knowledge:** Forklift operation (with valid license, if applicable). Knowledge of construction materials (cement, rebar, blocks, etc.) Physical inventory control and product rotation. Safety and hygiene standards in yards or warehouses.
