Key Functions and Responsibilities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles, preferably with a focus on organizational development, training, or compensation. Experience managing and analyzing climate or performance survey data. Support the design and administration of employee climate and satisfaction surveys. Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data to identify areas for improvement and strengths. Collaborate on implementing action plans derived from organizational climate results. Analyze performance metrics and identify trends to propose improvements to evaluation processes. Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives. Support logistics and communication efforts for cultural change initiatives and organizational restructuring. Generate clear reports and executive presentations on DO metrics for senior management. Knowledge of organizational development and cultural change theories and models. Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools—especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentation creation). Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with tact and discretion when handling sensitive information. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across all organizational levels.
