




Ford is looking for a Body and Paint Shop Supervisor **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and assign body and paint repairs according to the daily work plan. * Supervise that jobs are performed with quality, safety, and within established timeframes. * Verify the correct use of materials, tools, and area equipment. * Control and authorize repair orders before delivery to the customer. * Maintain constant communication with service advisors and the quality control department. * Follow up on warranty jobs and report incidents. * Monitor compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards in the workshop. * Coordinate with the parts department for timely supply of materials and components. * Prepare productivity, time, and efficiency reports for personnel under supervision. **Required Experience:** * **Technical staff supervision** * Work assignment and productive time control. * Performance evaluation of technicians and painters. * Training and follow-up on quality standards. * **Quality control and repair monitoring** * Final inspection of work prior to delivery. * Ensure compliance with Ford standards and customer satisfaction. * Identification and correction of defects or rework. * **Warranty and claims handling** * Knowledge of insurance company processes. * Budget validation and authorization. * Follow-up on warranty repairs. * **Material and equipment management** * Inventory control of paint, materials, and spare parts. * Use and maintenance of workshop equipment (booths, ovens, compressors, etc.). * **Basic administrative knowledge** * Work order control and productivity reporting. * Coordination with service advisors and parts department. * Experience with DMS or similar systems (preferred).
