Our offer includes: * **Compensation**: MXN 20,000 net monthly; direct employment contract with statutory benefits and above-standard perks * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM * **Work Location**: Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico **What We’re Looking For** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in roles such as: on-site unified communications support, remote collaboration support, technical support for unified communications, collaboration help desk, unified communications service desk, collaboration support engineer, Cisco Webex support engineer (NOC), Level 1 (L1) support, L1 engineer. * 1–2 years’ experience providing support, troubleshooting, and resolving Level 1 incidents for videoconferencing solutions including Cisco Webex, Call Manager, Jabber, Spark, Cisco Room Kit Mini, Room Kit, and Room Kit Plus—on-premise or cloud-based—or Google Workspace / Google Meet. * 1–2 years’ experience managing user onboarding/offboarding, configuration changes, PBX administration, switchboard operations, installation and configuration of IP telephony, and Cisco software conferencing solutions. * Perform daily checklists for meeting rooms or videoconferencing systems.
