Pavo Real Manzana 32 Lote 23, Lomas de San Esteban, 56257 **Texcoco de Mora, State of Mexico**. **Live near the Zone** (Los Reyes, La Paz, Nezahualcóyotl, Texcoco de Mora, Ixtapaluca, Lomas de San Esteban, Coatlinchán, etc.) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare digital files for flexographic printing, ensuring design accuracy and quality. * **Use specialized software such as i3D and Pack\-Z focused on shrink sleeves.** * Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure technical feasibility of designs. * Conduct color proofs and adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results. * Maintain integrity and organization of digital files and related documentation. * Follow established quality standards and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and process efficiency. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proficiency in core programs: Photoshop and Illustrator (80\-100 %) * Prior experience as a prepress operator in the flexography industry (Minimum 2 years) * In-depth knowledge of graphic design software, especially IC3D and PackZ ESKO * Ability to work with high-resolution digital files and specific formats for flexographic printing. * Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
