For more information, visit www.avanos.com. **Human Resources Analyst \- Recruitment** Responsible to the Junior Talent Development Manager for administering and applying recruitment and selection policies and procedures for all indirect staff positions within the LATAM region of the organization. Participates in talent development activities and carries out onboarding activities for Nogales Plant 4\ personnel. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and/or update job descriptions for vacant positions, detailing responsibilities, requirements, and key competencies necessary for the role, in collaboration with the respective hiring managers. * Notify the communications lead of position details for posting the vacancy on the most appropriate recruitment channels. * Work with the area leader to create competency-based interview guides designed to assess both technical skills and soft competencies of candidates. * Receive and review candidate resumes, performing an initial screening based on job requirements to identify the most suitable candidates. * Conduct phone or in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ competencies, experience, and fit relative to the job requirements. * Coordinate and conduct more detailed interviews in collaboration with the area leader and/or selection panel to assess the candidate's competencies against the demands of the role and the organization’s culture. * Request from the position leader an analysis of the candidates based on interview outcomes, as well as their decision on which candidate to offer the position. * Request the offer letter from the Human Resources Manager, ensuring that the terms comply with the company’s internal policies. * Extend a formal proposal to the selected candidate, detailing the employment offer including salary, benefits, and other employment-related aspects, ensuring clear and transparent communication. * Manage the annual employee benefits budget, monitoring adherence to it. * Ensure that data in the Human Resources module of the TRESS system is up to date in all areas, verifying accurate entry of hires, terminations, and leaves of absence. * Carry out onboarding activities for Nogales Plant 4\ personnel. **Education/Experience:** * EDUCATION: Professional degree. * ENGLISH: Advanced level * EXPERIENCE: Two previous roles (4 to 6 years). Description and details of activities **Specific Responsibilities:** * Takes over the shift to learn about pending tasks and provide proper follow-up. * Performs assigned tasks from the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plan and verifies those carried out by assigned personnel. * Verifies the effective execution of the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plan. * Provides expertise and knowledge in diagnosing and solving mold and hot runner failures. * Major mold repairs, fabrication of cavities and cores, creation of fixtures, as well as mold insert changes. * Fabrication of mold components using conventional machines. * Conducts comprehensive mold analysis and suggests major modifications. * Interprets engineering drawings of molds to manufacture new cavities. * Suggests solutions to problems to improve molding operations and recommends specification changes for enhancement. * Responsible for delivering work orders on time. * Diagnoses and corrects malfunctions in machinery and auxiliary equipment. * Assists, performs, and/or coordinates any job-related activities requested by the immediate supervisor due to company needs. * Responsible for submitting daily progress reports on tasks. * Complies with necessary safety measures to prevent accidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental emergencies in the company. * Reports unsafe acts, conditions, and observed environmental risks in any area of the company. * Complies with environmental measures established in the company's Internal Work Regulations. * Maintains a safe work area by adhering to established safety policies and standards. * Stays updated and attends any course or seminar assigned or authorized for career development. * Maintains order and cleanliness in the work area consistently, applying the 5S principles. * Maintains and contributes to improvements in production standards.
