Our leading brands include **ITT Cannon, Enidine, Aerospace Controls** and **kSARIA.** Position Summary: Develop functional and effective systems to maintain production and plant equipment continuously available and in operational condition at all times. Essential Responsibilities: * Maintain and control preventive and predictive spare parts and component inventory for building and production equipment (Tool Crib), order materials, source suppliers and alternatives, generate cost savings. * Monitor materials, tools, and services delivery timelines within the maintenance department. * Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities with maintenance technicians. * Maintain and control maintenance department chemical inventory as well as requirements for production equipment under direct maintenance responsibility. * Apply predictive maintenance techniques to applicable equipment. * Analyze and resolve, jointly with maintenance and automation engineers, issues or improvements arising or potentially applicable to equipment. * Respond to corrective and preventive maintenance requests from any department and coordinate solutions with maintenance engineers and mechanics. * Develop and analyze performance metrics, actively participate in improvement actions, and report trends. * Participate in special projects, such as energy savings, enhancement of specialized machinery, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitor and ensure the maintenance team complies with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. Position Requirements: **EDUCATION:** Industrial, maintenance, electrical, or mechanical engineering preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** * Experience managing maintenance systems. * Microsoft Office, AutoCAD. **LANGUAGES:** 75% English, technical terminology related to assigned functions.
