Location: Mexico City Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Experience: 3+ years Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Basic to intermediate English proficiency. * ITIL certification (preferred). * Three years of experience as a Project Manager, Configuration Manager, or in similar roles. * Extensive experience in Project Management. * Experience managing Configuration Management Databases (CMDB). * Proficiency with configuration management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy). Responsibilities: * Project planning, control, and monitoring. * Audits and compliance with internal and external regulations. * Resource management for projects. * Creation and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database. * Management of configuration information. * Version and change control.
