* Keep updated records of filed declarations, compensations, and refunds submitted to SHCP.
* Prepare and submit monthly federal and state tax declarations, as well as request fund transfers to the bank.
* Perform monthly IVA reconciliation to determine creditable and non-creditable IVA for compensation/refund purposes against federal taxes, maintaining an updated balance of both.
* Run the monthly IVA process in the SAP system and reconcile system balances against records and declarations.
* Attend official on-site visits, always within established deadlines, to comply timely and properly with such requirements.
* Ensure electronic accounting is sent each month and that XML files related to deductions are correctly reported in the Electronic Accounting module.
* Safeguard all official documents, maintaining control of all documents in a secure location and in proper order, since this information must be retained for the period required for tax and internal control purposes.
* Prepare and file monthly notice of IVA compensation and/or refund using the official SHCP format, ensuring follow-up until the refund or compensation process is fully closed.
