Maintenance and repair of computer equipment **JOIN US AS AN IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST** **OUR REQUIREMENTS:** * Computer Systems Engineering degree * Age: 25 – 30 years **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in computer equipment repair and maintenance. * Experience in technical support (hardware and software). * Knowledge of hosting (WordPress, WHM), NAS, and networks. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of local area networks (LAN). * Proficiency with network hubs and concentrators. * Experience in structured cabling. * Basic proficiency in NAS usage and administration. * Configuration and administration of TP-Link access points. * Usage and administration of cPanel and WHM. * Junior-level basic programming knowledge for local application development. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Network administration and scanning to monitor traffic. * Management of private server on NAS. * Hosting administration. * Email and website review and support. * Repair and maintenance of computer equipment. * Software installation and data recovery. **WE OFFER YOU:** * Salary: $13,000 net monthly. * Statutory benefits. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. **WORK LOCATION:** * Lomas Verdes 3rd Section, Naucalpan.
