Leading cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives. **Job Description.** The Project Coordinator is responsible for influencing both their direct team and other stakeholders to successfully execute, across all phases of the "Road Map", the investment projects under their responsibility, achieving objectives related to safety, quality, cost, productivity, impact, and compliance. In this role, continuous optimization of implementation costs and timelines will be pursued through proper planning, monitoring, and trend analysis. * Although one or more potential candidates for this position have been identified through internal succession planning, we will consider applications from any interested candidate. * This role is based in Xochimilco, CDMX. **Responsibilities** * Develop activities related to definition, planning, risk management, execution, and commissioning of factory projects in accordance with the Company’s policies on safety, health, environment, quality, and resource optimization. * Support all initiatives aimed at optimizing energy and water usage, complying with all local and corporate requirements. * Define and ensure communication and adherence to KPIs related to project planning and execution under their responsibility. Generate required-frequency progress reports for all plant projects to maintain visibility of deliverables, deadlines, and status. * Prepare financial budgets, manage them effectively, and continuously implement cost-reduction and financial improvement projects. * Ensure execution of capital and expense budgets for projects under their responsibility in accordance with the plan. * Collaborate with technical staff from central technical groups, other plants, and external entities to provide the plant with optimal process solutions and alternatives. * Support appropriate design and specifications of equipment and facilities to achieve efficient, robust, and competitive processes. * Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure objectives are met by implementing highest-value options. * Ensure project execution follows the Company’s established methodology (Road Map for Project Management). * Identify, analyze, and manage risks associated with each project. * Communicate project status to various organizational levels. * Promote training and personal development of direct reports. * Coordinate resources to deliver training on new operational procedures related to the implementation of new innovation and/or technology projects. **Education, Experience and Skills Required.** * Industrial Engineering or related field (degree holder). * 3+ years of prior experience managing end-to-end projects. * Intermediate to advanced English (B2), capable of conducting technical and business conversations. * Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools. * Teamwork, Stakeholder Management, Management and Development of Direct Reports, Organizational and Planning Skills, Problem Solving, Effective Communication. **Education, Experience and Skills Desirable.** * Master’s degree in Project Management or related field. * Desired certification in project methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) or equivalent. * Desired knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulatory standards (e.g., ISPE, NOM-059-SSA1 or similar). * Advanced English proficiency. **We Offer:** * Attractive base salary. * Direct employment contract with superior benefits. * Learning and development opportunities. **Secondary Job Description** **Who We Are:** Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
