Development of logical and analytical thinking At Nuxiba LATAM, we are looking for a ***Junior Implementer*** — Join us! **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field * **Proven experience implementing virtualization platforms is mandatory (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper\-V)** * Availability to visit clients (mandatory, occasional) * Basic knowledge of SQL database management fundamentals * Basic networking knowledge * **Fundamentals of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows and Linux) — ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot common issues (mandatory)** * Logical and analytical thinking for technical problem resolution. **Responsibilities:** * Contact clients by phone to coordinate and manage delivery of requested services. * Ensure implementation quality through execution of test matrices and pre-installation checks. * Provide support services arising from changes implemented by the Implementation team. * Accompany clients on-site or remotely during operational launch, if required by business needs. * Meet the department’s SLAs regarding: licensing, ANI configuration, increments, decrements, and service requests. * Prepare physical and virtual servers when required by business needs. **Benefits:** * Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs, plus **rotating overnight on-call duty with the Implementation team for after-hours activities.
