Position Summary: Coordinate reverse logistics operations, ensuring reporting, tracking, and resolution of returns and shortages while meeting customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of reverse logistics and returns management. 2. Tracking and resolution of shortages and incidents. 3. Documentation handling and performance reporting. 53 Cargo is a Mexican 3PL company with over 10 years of experience, specializing in domestic land transportation using dry vans of 48 and 53 feet. We operate nationwide with presence in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Chihuahua, providing logistics solutions focused on efficiency, traceability, and service. **Position Objective** Coordinate reverse logistics operations related to returns and shortages, ensuring accurate reporting, timely tracking and resolution within established timeframes, as well as compliance with customer requirements to avoid penalties. **Job Functions** * Manage and report returns within the timelines and channels specified by the customer. * Track appointments and ensure proper execution of returns. * Collect and validate supporting documentation for returns (evidence, forms, stamps, etc.). * Report and track shortages until investigation closure. * Document shortage incidents with complete evidence to prevent penalties. * Coordinate actions arising from returns and shortages according to customer requirements. * Maintain up-to-date control and records of returns and shortages by customer, supplier, and date. * Generate reports for monitoring area KPIs and performance. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $12,000 to $14,000 MXN (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * SGMM Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Gym discount * Free parking * Major medical expense insurance Workplace: On-site employment
