Location: Tultitlán, State of Mexico (in front of the Mexibús Buenavista station) Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources. * Solid knowledge of: * Payroll administration. * Labor relations. * Recruitment and selection of personnel. * Negotiation and conflict resolution. * Strategic decision-making. * Handling incidents, contracts, and personnel files. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach. Key responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise payroll processes. * Manage labor relations and employee support. * Execute recruitment and selection processes. * Implement talent attraction and retention strategies. * Support strategic decision-making within the department. * Monitor KPIs and compliance with internal policies.
