Complex problem resolution with technical judgment and analytical thinking At Grupo Prom, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related software development fields. Years of experience: Minimum verifiable experience of 3 to 5 years in designing, developing, and implementing robust applications, handling both Frontend and Backend environments. Professional profile: Highly practical orientation, with solid self-management capability and a focus on delivering functional solutions. Advanced ability to integrate Artificial Intelligence tools into the workflow to optimize delivery timelines and coding efficiency. Strong common sense, technical judgment, and analytical thinking for decision-making and resolving complex production environment problems. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy web applications and comprehensive technological solutions aligned with business needs. Ensure scalability, security, and optimal performance of the software architecture (Frontend and Backend). Apply advanced tools and methodologies, including strategic adoption of Artificial Intelligence, to accelerate the development lifecycle. Collaborate in technical requirement analysis and propose innovative solutions based on pragmatic and business-oriented judgment. Conduct testing, code debugging, and continuous maintenance of existing systems to ensure stability. We Offer: Salary: MXN 40,000 to 45,000 per month, pre-tax.
