




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience in systems, equipment maintenance, networks, and on-site and remote user support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for computers and printers 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of PCs and Macs 3. User support and management of activity reports Technical Support Engineer We offer: * Monthly fee of up to $14,000 (Honorarium) * Productivity bonus * Certifications * Field work Schedule: * 48 hours per week (may include weekends, holidays, or night shifts depending on the project) Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or Informatics (graduated) * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Ability to disassemble equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance * Proficiency in Office, Open Office, Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server, iOS * Networking, structured cabling and CCTV, Microsoft Windows Active Directory, disk cloning and repair Responsibilities: * Transporting and replacing computer equipment, backing up data and transferring it to new equipment to be delivered * Diagnosing computers and printers * Providing on-site technical support to users on all technical support topics, both remotely and on-site * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on PCs and Macs * Supporting users via help desk software * Assisting users * Preparing daily activity reports and submitting them to supervisors * Maintaining constant communication with the help desk Work Location: Industrial Vallejo, Azcapotzalco Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
