IMPORTANT RETAIL CHAIN IS SEEKING STORE IMAGE ASSISTANTS Requirements: * Education: Completed junior high school (minimum); high school diploma preferred. * Must be available to travel during the first 3 months (travel expenses fully covered by the company). * Employment verification documents from previous jobs required (minimum: last 3 jobs). * Must have worked at least 1 year in each previous job. Experience: * 1 year in customer service or sales. * Retail experience. * General knowledge of products such as apparel, food, electronics, etc. Job Objective: To provide efficient and courteous customer service while ensuring proper product display, availability, and rotation on the sales floor—contributing to a positive shopping experience and achievement of sales goals. Main Responsibilities: * Direct and friendly customer interaction. * Merchandise arrangement, restocking, and rotation on shelves. * Cleaning and organizing the sales floor. * Supporting inventory counts and stock control. * Price tagging and promotional changes. * Reporting damaged or missing items. * Assisting at checkout or packaging (as needed). * Adhering to visual merchandising and presentation standards. * Applying safety protocols and loss prevention measures. Work Schedule: * Mon–Sun: 9:00 am–5:00 pm / 11:00 am–9:00 pm—with rotating weekly breaks. Salary and Benefits: Salary: $11,400 gross per month + 50% in-store discounts + social security + vacation and year-end bonus as mandated by law. * Ongoing training. Work Location: Physical stores in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area (CDMX) and throughout the Mexican Republic. Position Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract. Salary: $11,400.00 per month.
