Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. **Responsibilities:** Develop, implement, and maintain the institutional website, the university's main portal, and the bookstore's webpage; ensure their proper functioning, constant updates, and continuous improvement in terms of usability, performance, and user experience. Configure, administer, and update the CRM system, guaranteeing its optimal operation and alignment with institutional objectives. Provide user training for appropriate platform usage, facilitating adoption and effective utilization of its features. Integrate and link the CRM with other websites, optimizing lead capture, management, and follow-up, thereby strengthening prospecting and user support processes. **We seek:** Experience and proficiency in programming languages, and familiarity with web platforms and websites.
