Position Summary: The Implementation Engineer will execute, configure, and integrate electronic security solutions, ensuring their proper operation and alignment with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Electronic security system implementation and integration 2. Hardware and software configuration and commissioning 3. Technical issue diagnosis and resolution The Implementation Engineer is responsible for executing, configuring, and integrating electronic security solutions to ensure their proper operation, alignment with engineering specifications, and compliance with the company’s technical and operational standards. 1\. System Implementation and Integration Execute installation, configuration, and integration of electronic security systems: Access control (Lenel, Software House, etc.) Video surveillance (CCTV) Intrusion, fire detection, and special systems Associated network infrastructure Integrate solutions with each other (access \+ video \+ alarms \+ networks) to ensure unified operation. Validate on-site that implementation matches approved engineering designs. 2\. Configuration and Commissioning Configure hardware and software: Controllers, readers, credentials, access rules, analytics, etc. Perform comprehensive functional testing (end\-to\-end). Ensure correct system operation prior to handover. 3\. Execution Quality (Zero Rework) Perform clean, organized, labeled, and documented installations. Guarantee correct delivery on the first attempt. Identify errors or risks before they become rework. 4\. Technical Issue Diagnosis and Resolution Identify and resolve technical failures in a structured manner. Conduct root cause analysis (not just symptom correction). Avoid unnecessary dependencies when resolving basic issues. 5\. Specialized Technical Support Provide remote and on-site technical support. Respond to critical incidents with genuine urgency. Customer Training Train end users and operational teams. 10\. Compliance with Standards, Processes, and Tools Comply with safety, quality regulations and best practices. Align execution with internal policies and tools. 11\. On-Site Responsibility and Company Representation Maintain a professional image at all times.
