Responsibilities include operation as well as verification of product quality. Operators may also be responsible for raw material inspection, creation of production records, and adherence to established safety procedures. A competent operator must possess technical skills, the ability to follow precise instructions, and attention to detail to ensure efficiency and quality throughout the production process. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Assemble products on production lines following applicable work instructions. * Perform basic quality checks and tests. * Maintain availability, respect, and commitment toward immediate supervisors. * Adapt positively to changes required by the operations area. * Attend the shift-start meeting punctually. * Monitor the production process and contribute to a team-oriented culture by supporting the team to achieve its production goals. * Ensure all production and quality systems are followed at all times. * Maintain open communication with immediate supervisor regarding operational matters. * Fulfill each workstation requirement promptly, per the Standard Work Sheet (SWS). * Avoid leaving assigned workstation during productive shifts. * Complete daily PVS documentation as required by the form. * Complete daily 5S Check List; maintain 5S standards in the area at all times and comply with COVID\-19\ cleaning protocols. * Ensure workstation cleanliness at the end of each shift. * Remove waste generated in the operational area during working hours. * Complete autonomous maintenance documentation. * Submit one Creative Idea per month. * Establish and maintain a healthy, conflict-free work environment. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Follow Android Policies, regulations, protocols, and processes. * Comply with safety and environmental requirements to foster a safe and healthy workplace. * Meet customer requirements. * Maintain product quality standards for our customers. * Perform any other tasks required by operations without negatively impacting the customer. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** * Education: Completed secondary school or equivalent * Age: 18 years or older * Gender: Not specified * Preferred: Minimum six months of experience in a similar role and industry * Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Ability to stand for extended periods. * Capacity to work according to production requirements. **TRAVEL:** 0% travel required **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:** * Teamwork * Results- and customer-oriented mindset * Knowledge of 5S * Product quality knowledge **PHYSICAL CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:** * Gender: Not specified * Marital status: Not specified * Age: 28 to 55 years Work schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:36 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate company needs.
