D0gware is looking for a customer support/support engineer with experience in payment methods, with the following requirements: • At least two years of experience in the position. • 2. Knowledge of websites (XML). • 3. Knowledge of Windows/IOS/Android computer systems, preferably with MCSA Windows 10 certification. • 4. Knowledge of web browsers. • 5. Experience in customer service. • 6. Service orientation. • 7. Skills such as empathy and friendliness. • 8. Must possess the following skills: service orientation, friendliness, customer orientation, assertive communication, emotional intelligence, problem analysis. Responsibilities: • Provide customer service in accordance with company standards and policies, meeting established service level agreements (SLAs). • 2. Compliance with internal and external SLAs (95%). • 3. First-contact resolution of cases (94%). • 4. Multichannel request handling with a service level of 96%. • 5. Identification, handling, and timely resolution of customer requests and issues. • 6. Appropriate handling, escalation, and follow-up of customer-reported cases. • 7. Ensure proper logging of all cases and incidents reported by customers. • 8.
