Technical Skills: Implement features using Widgets/Material 3 and state management (BLoC/Riverpod/MVVM). API integration (Dio/http), local storage (Hive/SQLite), error handling, and offline support. Unit, widget, and integration tests; linting and static analysis (dart analyze). CI/CD configuration (builds for iOS/Android/Web according to scope), internal distribution.
