Minimum 4 years of experience exclusively with IT profiles. Bachelor's degree in: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Essential knowledge: * Proficiency in various recruitment sources, job boards, and social media. * Recruitment of IT profiles (Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects, DBAs, etc.). * Posting job vacancies across multiple employment sources, as well as screening viable candidates to initiate interview processes. * Preparing candidate documentation files containing CVs, psychometric tests, and candidate documents. * Analyzing and generating reports on psychometric evaluations. * Coordinating interviews with candidates, technical leads, and clients. * Tracking the recruitment process through to hiring. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
