We are looking for a candidate with experience in unit pricing, budgeting, etc. **Responsibilities** * Request quotations for materials and equipment. * Prepare comparative cost and supplier tables. * Conduct site surveys. * Generate concept catalogs. * Draft basic drawings. * Quantify materials and prepare take-offs. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in unit price analysis. * Proficiency in **Neodata** (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD**. * Experience in take-offs and material quantification. * Willingness to travel. **We Offer** * Starting salary of MXN 12,000 gross per month * Statutory benefits. * 100% social security registration. * Ongoing training programs. * Major medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. **Location** * Offices in **Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico**. * Willingness to travel to construction sites required.
