Position Summary: Strengthen the line of business capability by evaluating and administering technical reserves of insurance contracts to meet current or future obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Development and implementation of reserve calculation methodologies **Mission or Objective:** ---------------------- Strengthen the line of business capability by evaluating and administering technical reserves derived from insurance contracts to meet current or future obligations. **Function \- Responsibility:** ------------------------------- 1\.\- Accurately evaluate the line of business technical reserves, providing information to support decision-making for involved departments (40%) 2\.\- Prepare internal and external reporting derived from technical reserves, submitting information to the regulatory authority (CNSF) for approval (20%) 3\.\- Ensure necessary reserve-related information is available to address various audits (20%) 4\.\- Develop, implement, and monitor reserve calculation methodologies to manage their authorization and/or observations from CNSF (20%)**Education:** ---------------- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (completed) in Actuarial Science or Mathematics**Language:** ----------- Basic English (50%)**Tools Proficiency:** --------------------------- Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)**Academic Knowledge \- Certifications:** ------------------------------------------------ * Reserve certification (Desirable) * Actuarial Mathematics for Insurance **Experience and Applicable Responsibilities:** ----------------------------------------------------- * Reserves experience aligned with the line of business (Desirable) * Programming languages * Structural analysis of real estate (Property Damage, desirable) * Development of statistical models **Areas or Experience in:** --------------------------- Specialist or Analyst in: * Technical areas * Underwriting * Actuarial function **We Offer:** -------------- We offer: Salary: $29,660 gross Benefits exceeding statutory requirements GMM Growth opportunities Sports Club
