Development of documentation and staff training GrupoDriel is a group of Mexican companies dedicated to research, development, and services targeting the electrical, nautical, and industrial sectors. We are seeking an electrician primarily for on-site supervision of the company’s electrical and mechanical field services. **Knowledge and Requirements:** * Working at heights. * Knowledge / experience with electricity * Handling and supervising personnel. * Communication. * Negotiation. * Teamwork * Time management * Delegation of responsibilities. * Interpersonal relations. * Gasoline compressors and engines. * Maneuvers and mooring. * High-voltage measurement equipment. * Hydraulic and mechanical equipment. * Maintenance of mechanical and electrical components at low, medium, and high voltage * Willingness to travel. * No dietary restrictions * Field experience **Responsibilities:** * Maintain work equipment in good condition. * Supervise work crews from departure from the company until their return (transportation, per diems, meals, safety, working conditions, etc.) * Ensure proper care of vehicles, tools, and equipment during service. * Perform field services on time and within budget. * Improve equipment and accessories used, as much as possible. * Report daily performance and progress of services to the Director until return. * Train new personnel and ensure they possess the necessary skills and tools to carry out assigned activities. * Prepare documentation, including procedures and records, corresponding to the area. * Provide information regarding identified areas for improvement. * Quote spare parts and raw materials and decide, in coordination with Administration, which ones to acquire based on cost and quality. * Procure required spare parts and equipment for and during services, provided justification exists. * Upon completion of service, leave the work area perfectly clean. * Finalize service completion with the client via minutes or logbook and submit related documents. * Upon returning to the company, clean and store all equipment used during the service and prepare it for the next deployment. * Conduct vehicle diagnostics and maintenance upon return; return vehicles in good condition. * Submit expense reports for services rendered and a list of days worked for corresponding payroll processing. * Deliver all documentation generated throughout each service process for inclusion in the client’s file. Standard schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, including lunch break. When services are scheduled, hours will depend on the project and client’s schedule.
