Job Summary: This position focuses on ensuring the correct assembly and merchandising of displays and shelves for categories such as Makeup and Skin Care, optimizing sales points. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper assembly and merchandising of in-store displays. 2. Optimize customer touchpoints and execution of merchandising on sales floors. 3. Manage inventory and ensure shelf merchandising. Project Duration: May 29, 2026 to July 10, 2026. WE OFFER: • $15,000.00 monthly, paid weekly in arrears. • Retention bonus of $3,000.00 MXN • Transportation allowance of $2,000 MXN REQUIREMENTS: • Safety helmet and safety boots. • Functional mobile phone • Minimum 1 year of experience in self-service promotion. • Ability to handle over 800 SKUs • Flexible availability for work schedules • Capacity to lift heavy loads SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with availability to work Sundays or night shifts when required by the store for special seasonal support. JOB ACTIVITIES: Ensure proper assembly of displays prior to key promotional events for categories including Makeup, Skin Care, Hair Care, Deodorants, and Hair Color; secure optimal customer touchpoints across sales floors of retail chains; implement merchandising guidelines (product placement instructions) on displays; ensure no inventory remains stranded in store warehouses; ensure proper shelf merchandising for relevant categories throughout the duration of the additional plan. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary education 1 year of experience Age: Between 18 and 50 years
