




Job Summary: Coordination and tracking of technical changes and engine, hybrid, and electric component projects, including documentation, testing, and production line support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tracking of engine/hybrid/electric component projects 2. Support for production line issues and cost-saving proposals 3. Evaluation and tracking of parts and failure analysis ENGLISH B2 Technical Change Documentation and Tracking o Ensure technical lists are maintained o Track development and delivery of engine components o Review drawings for technical quotations and documentation (LAH) o Complete and update technical lists (ECA) o Track technical releases * Tracking of specific engine/hybrid/electric component projects o Document engine/hybrid/electric components o Track release requirements for each project phase o Document and track technical design changes for engine components * Support for production line issues o Propose solutions regarding production topics (obsolete materials, over-consumption, alternative parts, general series-related issues) * Develop proposals and provide information for potential cost-saving programs o Generate new cost-saving ideas o Track implementation of existing cost-saving ideas * General support for ongoing projects: o Prepare release status reports o Organize and document follow-up meetings o Manage the server o Create and manage control tables * Track parts before, during, and after testing * Test tracking o Generate general statistics (component properties, measurements, etc.) o Report and escalate test results o Evaluate and track parts before, during, and after testing o Analyze measurements and experiments outlined in the test plan o Use test results to recommend part release o Track the development phase until part release o Monitor and report on conducted tests (test benches, functional tests, durability tests, laboratory and special tests, aligned with project milestones) o Communicate with suppliers (analysis, reports, etc.) o Perform failure analysis and track failures until root cause identification and implementation of corrective actions o Failure analysis using MSG fault codes — Interpretation of Datarahmen o Reporting within the development process: o Project tracking o Preparation of financial reports o IT resource control and administration o Analysis of measurements and experiments in the test plan / Test results o Administrative tasks Salary: $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
