If you are passionate about law and possess solid expertise in automotive insurance, we want to meet you.*** ***Responsibilities:*** * Advise and represent clients in cases related to traffic-related offenses. * Stay updated on current laws and regulations concerning the accusatory criminal justice system, investigative files, and both local, state, and federal statutes affecting the automobile insurance sector. * Litigation capability: In cases where claims cannot be satisfactorily resolved, cases must be brought before courts. * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive client service. ***Requirements:*** * Professional License (Cédula Profesional). * 1 year of experience in the automobile insurance field. * In-depth knowledge of legislation governing automobile insurance and claims. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability. ***We Offer:*** * Fee-based compensation, competitive per closed case * Professional development and continuous training opportunities. * A collaborative and professional work environment. * Flexible working hours and remote work options.
