




The activities to be carried out are: * **Document management:** Organize, file, and manage physical and digital documents, including the creation of spreadsheets and reports. * **Customer service and communication:** Answer phone calls, receive visitors and clients, manage email and other communications. * **Basic accounting:** Perform tasks such as invoicing, recording expenses, reviewing supplier invoices, and processing documentation. * **Supply management:** Maintain office inventory and manage the purchase of necessary supplies. Requirements: * High school diploma. * Experience in basic accounting and tracking financial transactions. * Prior experience with administrative tasks in an office setting preferred. * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication skills.
