Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and observant Security Guard to manage access control, conduct patrols, report incidents, and monitor security systems at a hotel. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team as a* ***SECURITY GUARD*** *for HOTEL SANTO CRISTO, ATLIXCO.* * **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday with one weekday day off (24x24 shift\), from 9 AM to 9 PM. * **Work Location:** Along Carretera Industrial (Gastronomic Corridor near Liverpool / Topolino area), Atlixco, Puebla. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years verifiable experience as a security guard (employment certificates required). * Valid and up-to-date tax identification document (RFC) and fiscal status certificate. * Availability to work the required schedule. * Preferably reside near the work location or have no transportation constraints. * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Responsible, punctual, and honest attitude. * Strong observational skills and ability to respond to risk situations. **Main Responsibilities** * Control access for staff, visitors, and vendors. * Conduct periodic patrols within the premises. * Report incidents, anomalies, or risk situations. * Monitor compliance with security regulations. * Complete logs and entry/exit records. * Assist during emergencies following established protocols. * Monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms, etc.). **Competencies** * Attention to detail * Responsibility * Teamwork * Effective communication * Conflict resolution **We Offer** * Base salary \+ statutory benefits * Opportunities for professional development * Job stability ***Interested in joining our team?
