We are looking for your experience as a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR: RESPONSIBILITIES: • Technical facilitator in resolving process-related issues: • Monitoring of critical operational variables • Tracking deviations reported by the Quality Department • Analyzing control variable trends and executing corrective action plans • Supporting requested process trials • Leading innovation projects and implementing improvement ideas • Coordinating line startups and fine-tuning after changeovers, mechanical interventions, and unplanned shutdowns • Executing batch changes and verifying complete documentation • Collaborating with the Mechanical Coordinator to analyze and resolve major issues occurring during the shift • Training personnel under supervision on operating procedures, quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental practices • Ensuring personnel under supervision understand team goals and how they contribute to achieving them • Identifying improvement opportunities and jointly establishing action plans with the team • Liaising with union representatives to reach agreements • Collaborating with leaders from other departments to resolve problems • Participating in safety management and environmental operational controls \* Ensures process compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and FSSC 22000 requirements.
