Your key responsibilities:
* Verify the physical\-financial progress of various budget items corresponding to the authorized project budget by conducting scheduled site visits, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to the construction schedule.
* Manage project files undergoing construction verification, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records of relevant documentation.
* Conduct ongoing visual inspections to monitor quality parameters throughout the construction process, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with established quality and safety standards.
* Upload construction progress data into SAF, MAPPAS, and SEVERO (SHF) systems, ensuring information is current, accurate, and meets defined service-level requirements. Prepare an annual calendar of site visits for assigned projects; dates will be set in accordance with the financier's specified regulations.
* Stay updated on the latest regulations and best practices in construction verification, participating in continuous professional training and development. .
What do you need?
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
**Preferred qualifications:** Master’s degree and/or certification in AML and/or Compliance.
**Languages:** Intermediate\-advanced English.
**Work mode:** Hybrid (3 days in office).
**Experience:** In real estate development. Knowledge of applying Complementary Technical Standards. Familiarity with Construction Verification and Supervision Regulations. Knowledge of Mexican Construction and Building Standards. Understanding of Land Use Permitting and Zoning Regulations. Knowledge of construction processes and systems. Ability to read and prepare blueprints, generate construction schedules, and integrate budgets by line item. AutoCAD. Office suite (primarily Excel). Knowledge of bridge loans. Willingness to travel.
**Knowledge:** Banking laws and regulations, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
