**Finance Manager** Huejotzingo Full-time **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring financial stability, profitability, and compliance with national and international regulations. This position will be responsible for cash flow management, financial reporting, cost control, and international banking operations, as well as supporting strategic decision-making and business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage cash flow and ensure corporate liquidity. * Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. * Oversee international bank transfers and foreign currency transactions. * Ensure compliance with national and international tax and accounting regulations. * Optimize costs and evaluate investments to improve profitability. * Coordinate internal and external audits, and maintain relationships with financial institutions. * Implement financial controls and risk management strategies. * Support financial planning and strategic decision-making. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. * Lead and develop the finance team to enhance operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Advanced English proficiency. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management roles. * Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or technology companies (preferred). * Strong knowledge of international bank transfers and tax regulations. * Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar). * Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
