We contribute to environmental protection and industrial advancement by providing chemical treatments for a wide range of water types, chemical control systems, and consulting services. The purpose of this position is to ensure efficient and timely supply of materials, supplies, and services, as well as proper warehouse inventory administration, control, and safeguarding—aiming to optimize resources, reduce costs, and ensure company operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: -Guarantee timely and efficient supply of materials and supplies for each project. -Monitor and update inventory inflows and outflows in real time. -Optimize resource utilization based on efficiency and quality criteria. -Ensure confidentiality of company and supplier information. -Execute purchases of supplies accurately and on schedule. -Evaluate, select, and qualify reliable suppliers. -Manage receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. -Prepare and update documents and forms related to warehouse movements. -Supervise order deliveries and verify compliance. -Meet key performance indicators for procurement and warehouse processes. -COordinate returns of defective or non-conforming materials. -Collaborate with Executive Management and Department Heads on strategic procurement decisions.
