Job stability IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION AND PREFABRICATION COMPANY SEEKING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT JOB OBJECTIVE Provide direct support to the General Director through the organization, tracking, and coordination of administrative, operational, and executive activities, ensuring efficient, confidential, and professional service. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and control the General Director’s schedule, meetings, calls, appointments, and reminders. • Timely follow-up on pending items, agreements, payments, and administrative tasks. • Handle and route calls, messages, and communications with clients, suppliers, and internal staff. • Prepare, organize, and safeguard administrative and executive documents. • Support basic billing processes, data entry, review of tax-related information, and receipt control. • Coordinate purchases, deliveries, payments, official procedures, and other operational activities required by management. • Maintain physical/digital filing and archival control of important documentation. • Prepare administrative reports, internal controls, and track basic performance indicators. • Provide general support for daily office operations and assist in strategic activities led by management. • Availability to handle priority situations outside regular working hours when operationally required. REQUIRED PROFILE • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Executive Support Staff. • Basic knowledge of administration, billing, and document control. • Excellent executive appearance and professional communication skills. • Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and follow-up capability. • Proficiency with digital tools: Excel, email, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office suite. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Problem-solving ability and capacity to anticipate management’s needs. • Absolute discretion and confidential handling of information. • Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and professional commitment. • Job stability and professional maturity. • Flexibility to adjust schedule for urgent or priority matters.
