Your daily tasks will include implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, coordinating repairs, and managing the maintenance team. This is a full-time position and will be performed on-site at our facilities located in Emiliano Zapata, HID. **Requirements** * Supervisory and team management skills. * Experience in managing both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as plant maintenance. * Ability to implement and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance. * Other valued skills include strong communication abilities, teamwork, and results orientation. **Knowledge** * Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. * Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance. * Continuous improvement methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S. * Lean Manufacturing techniques. * Knowledge of TPM methodology.
