DESCRIPTION Objective Promote a high-performance culture, continuous improvement, and talent development by designing, developing, and implementing performance management and evaluation strategies and systems aligned with strategic objectives and organizational culture. Main responsibilities: Administer the annual performance evaluation cycle: * Goal setting * Continuous feedback * Formal evaluation * Calibration and follow-up. Coordinate with leaders, area managers, and HR to ensure effective implementation of the system across the organization. Integrate the performance evaluation system with key talent processes: * Training * Development * Compensation * Succession Ensure internal communication and change management to achieve high adoption of the model. Implement technological performance evaluation tools. Analyze performance results and generate strategic reports for decision-making. Provide support and training to leaders and employees on the use of the system, methodology, tools, and competencies. Propose continuous improvements to the evaluation process and its tools. Position indicators: * Level of adoption of the evaluation system * Compliance with the organizational performance cycle * Quality and usefulness of delivered reports * Satisfaction of leaders and employees in the process REQUIREMENTS Minimum Experience: 4 to 8 years in OD or talent management and design and implementation of Performance Evaluation Systems. Proficiency with HR technological platforms. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, human resources administration, industrial engineering, or related field. Master's degree or diploma in OD, HR management, or talent management desirable. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE * Performance Evaluation Models (competency-based, objectives, 360, OKRs, BSC, etc.) * HR Data Analysis (advanced Excel, desirable Power BI), project management and organizational change. * Knowledge of agile methodologies * Organizational Culture.
