Job Summary: We are seeking an IT technician with a service-oriented mindset for technical support, maintenance, and network administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and customer service for end users 2. Preventive/corrective hardware and software maintenance 3. Network administration and IT inventory management Academic Requirements and Experience: * Education: Technical degree in IT, Computer Equipment Maintenance, or Engineering/Bachelor’s degree in IT (completed or incomplete). * Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in technical support, preventive/corrective maintenance, and network administration. * Age: Between 18 and 35 years old. Technical Knowledge: * Hardware and Software: Diagnosis and repair of computers, peripherals, printers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). * Networks: LAN/WAN configuration, Wi\-Fi, routers, and switches. * Tools: Microsoft Office, IT inventory management, and data backup (backups). * Security: Maintenance of security cameras and antivirus software. Skills and Competencies: * Service orientation and customer service skills. * Problem-solving and rapid diagnosis capabilities. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and continuous learning. Common Responsibilities: * Providing technical support to end users (on-site or remote). * Installing and configuring software and hardware. * Managing equipment and license inventories. * Monitoring network and server performance. Salary: $9,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
