Position indicators: * Level of adoption of the evaluation system * Compliance with the organizational performance cycle * Quality and usefulness of delivered reports * Satisfaction of leaders and employees in the process REQUIREMENTS Minimum Experience: 4 to 8 years in OD or talent management and design and implementation of Performance Evaluation Systems. Proficiency with HR technological platforms. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, human resources administration, industrial engineering, or related field. Master's degree or diploma in OD, HR management, or talent management desirable. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE * Performance Evaluation Models (competency-based, objectives, 360, OKRs, BSC, etc.) * HR Data Analysis (advanced Excel, desirable Power BI), project management and organizational change. * Knowledge of agile methodologies * Organizational Culture.
